Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders ship from our warehouses in the U.S.
Shipping rates
- Standard Shipping: $8.00
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $50 or more (applied automatically at checkout)
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is completed.
- Delivery: 3–5 business days within the U.S.
Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location, and may be longer during holidays or peak periods.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Combining orders
Separate orders can't be combined once they're confirmed. Please make sure all items are in your cart before checking out.
Incorrect address
We're unable to change the shipping address once an order has shipped. Please double-check your address before completing checkout. We can't be held responsible for any loss or delay caused by incorrect address information.
Missing packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier first. We're happy to help with an investigation or a claim if needed.
