Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders ship from our warehouses in the U.S.
How much is shipping?
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 — FREE on orders of $50 or more
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
- Processing: orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is completed.
- Delivery: 3–5 business days within the U.S. (Standard Shipping).
Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can check the delivery status on the carrier’s website, or under Track my order.
Can multiple orders be combined into one shipment?
Unfortunately, separate orders can’t be combined once they’re confirmed. Please make sure all items are in your cart before checking out.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We’re unable to change the shipping address once an order has shipped. Please double-check your address before completing checkout. We can’t be held responsible for any loss or delay caused by incorrect address information.
What if my package hasn’t arrived?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier first. We’re happy to help with an investigation or a claim if needed.
